When fear and doubts fade, true strength begins.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, as a life coach, I had the opportunity to counsel clients across India and abroad. My mentor guided me so well that I could effectively help clients by putting myself in their shoes.
During that period, I met a client who worked in an IT organisation in Pune. She was technically sound and very humble at heart. However, after giving her 100% effort, her manager was so rude to her and almost planned to fire her from the organisation.
Then we sat on a Zoom call for almost 1 hour. I had come to know she was depressed by the inhuman nature of her manager, and she was driven by an unknown fear and doubts.
I asked a simple question, "Why are you so depressed and fearful?"
She replied, "This job is genuinely important for me, and I gave my 100% effort without a miss. He also blamed me for my skills and knowledge. Now I am doubting myself."
I listened to her words very carefully and attentively, and I asked, "Do you really believe that your manager's point of view about your skills is correct?"
She replied, "I am efficient and I can prove that."
I smiled to see her inner belief and conviction about herself and replied smilingly, "Yes, you can make it happen. There is no doubt at all. You must believe in yourself first, and shouldn't fear what your manager thinks. Why aren't you looking for a new job with a higher designation and a more competitive salary package? Once you get a new job, submit your resignation letter, and leave the organisation with pride."
That push helped her think deeply and break the invisible barrier she created in her subconscious mind. She was listening to my positive words, and suddenly a spark appeared in her eyes. She replied with joy, "Yes, I can do this."
I guided her on how to proceed with a back-to-back interview and what to say during the HR interviews.
Immediately after that online meeting, she prepared herself for the upcoming interviews. Within a week, she cracked the first interview with a package almost double what she had received in her previous organisations. I suggested that she shouldn't stop until she received an offer of more than thrice what she had received in the current organisation. She followed my words meticulously and, with firm belief, she made it happen.
I am thrilled to guide this kind of potential client, who is exceptional in their field but stuck within themselves due to fear of the unknown and doubts. They only need one genuine push, guided by pure intuition. I am always ready to guide them to understand that they are stronger than they believe, and they can win any battle in life when they are calm and focused. In our life journey, if someone is so focused on the present moment and carries firm beliefs within themselves, then nothing can stop them from achieving their dream life.
