Nothing is more important than your mental and emotional health.
Nowadays, people often fall in love out of feelings or emotions, but with the wrong person. Later, they experienced a vacuum stage, during which they completely destroyed their inner peace.
Mostly, it happens with a divorced person, a single mother, or a separated person in a relationship. They are so emotional that they want a healthy engagement with someone who can take care of their mental and emotional health. However, not every time, but they fall into the trap of the love available in the current market. In the initial stages, everything is awesome. Still, slowly and gently, when it comes to taking care of responsibilities, such as family, kids, and productive family time, they didn't get that from the person they expected. And again, they began facing the same issues they had faced in their previous relationship or marriage.
Before taking new steps in a relationship, first be aware of yourself and then understand the true meaning of care and love in a long-term relationship.
A meaningful relationship doesn't require a long bike ride or a car ride, dancing in a pub, consuming alcohol, or making love in someone's bed. Physical intimacy is truly important, but not with the wrong person, who thinks to explore only lust. It gives you only pain later and breaks you into pieces physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Stay with someone who genuinely cares about your presence, values your emotions, respects your body, and loves you unconditionally, so that you feel whole and complete.
